Email Contact Information: We do our best to see that all Email requests are answered within 2 business days! There are a few points you need to keep in mind: 1. DON'T CALL us AND EMAIL us, just do one or the other, PLEASE! 2. We can NOT field general technical questions about jazz improv. 3. If you have a question about a particular item, please be as specific as possible. A question like, "What's a good book of jazz solos?" is too vague--there are HUNDREDS available. If you want to know about specific books, we'll do our best to help you out. Please give the title and product code of the items in question, if possible. We suggest you visit our Jazz Forum which is constantly monitored by knowledgeable musicians who enjoy helping others. If you have a question about an Order you've placed you MUST provide the following: 1. Your COMPLETE NAME and ADDRESS as stated in the order 2. A thorough explanation of your question 3. A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS 4. A DAYTIME phone number where we can reach you 5. The DATE you think you placed the order 6.
